Tiki Tejas is an example of crossing a multi-stakes winning and producing pedigree on both the sire and dam sides.  "Tejas" is the only living colt by the late, great, record setting, 6-time stakes winning and 7-time stakes placed racehorse, TIKI BANDALERA.
His dam, A NOBLE LEAP, by the Darley Award winning Horse of the Year, PATRIOT MISSLE+/, is also a graded stakes winning mare.
Tejas has only begun a sure-to-be winning race career.  In only 5 starts in the US, he has already shown great promise particularly going long.  We are very excited to watch Tejas flourish in the capable hands of W'rsan Stables trainer, Jaci Wickham, as he progresses through his racing career.

D Choco

2007 Bay Gelding
Under saddle, walk, trot, canter

Calm, calm, calm and willing. Beautiful mover.

*CHNDAKA (Dormane) x D Cherie x Volcano de Carrere

Congratulations to endurance enthusiast Mary Anne Turner of California on her excellent selection!

And this is what D Choco's new owners in California have to say about him:

"I rode Choco, our new French Arab gelding from Texas on Sunday at O'Neil Park.  First time for him to get in our three horse trailer, first time for him at O'Neil and the trails there.

AWESOME  Never had a new horse load and unload so fast!  This horse does not rush anything and is not a nervous guy at all.  I got off and walked him through the water on the way out but not on the way back.  He is good to get on and off of, has ample whithers so the saddle stays put also.  Very light on the controls.  I don't think he had seen many of the things on that trail before but for the whole ride being a learning experience it was for me a relaxing time!  Very impressed with this horse.  On the way back he decided to jump one of the last small water crossings and it was so natural and fluid I just move with him.  Comfort level at the trot was as good as I have ever felt it.  I was sitting his trot later in the ride when we would just trot a bit to catch up with mentor Dalmo.

I don't think I have ever had a more positive experience with a new horse in my life.  I knew I liked him when I rode him in Texas and he has lived up to my fondest expectations.

I used my Old Stubben Parsival as granddaughter has my newer one.  He is a farily narrow horse so the ride comfort was great, not nearly as wide body as Dalmo!

Was great to see them both playing in the arena before breakfast this morning, I think they both has as much fun as Mary Anne and I."

Best Regards

"Choco" is by the stakes winning and producing sire, *CHNDAKA by Dormane.

"Choco" is 3/4 French bred. His dam, D Cherie, adds the highly revered French dam-line of Nevada II, and the stakes producing French sire- line, Djourman, to his sire's multi GR I stakes producing bloodlines.

D Cherie is available for sale - Please scroll down this Sale page for more information.

D Choco was bred to be an athlete with the heart and calm, willing disposition needed to compete at a national level.  At time of purchase, he was going well under saddle, walk, trot and canter. He had trained with Gordon Lamb for dressage and jumping.  He's a real sweetheart!

Running at Retama Park in San Antonio, September 1, 2011, Mufv It On Over won by 8 lengths in a MSW field of 13 fillies and mares.  She won her NW2 condition 2 weeks later by 12 lengths.

Mint Julepp

2003 Bay Filly; 15'1" hands
*Chndaka x G Amerato Sour x High Jack

Broodmare, Endurance or Pleasure prospect

Race Record 10(1-1-0-7)

Mint broke her maiden at Lone Star Park in November in a NW2!

Mint came off the pace to win by a length in 1:22 on November 15, 2007 at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, Texas, in a NW2 for Fillies and Mares Three-Years and Up. It was a maiden win for Mint bringing her 2007 race record to 6(1-1-0-1)$5,181 since re-starting her race career in Texas on Sept 29, 2007 after a 10 month lay-off. She is a Dreamfield-bred.

Mint Julepp started off her racing career at Delaware Park without much fanfare. We brought her home to look for another career, but after a few months off, she had grown and matured into what looks like to us a future stakes horse.

Mint is a full-bodied, tall filly (15"1') full of heart and all about her business at the racetrack. She has an exceptionally long length of stride and effortless way of going. She literally glides over the track.

She has never taken a lame step although as a yearling she suffered a severe cut to her back left hind requiring surgery. As our vet told us then, it would be hard to believe but the injury would never affect her soundness. And after many months of race training and several months of racing, we believe him; she was never lame. She is completely sound.

At the site of the injury, she can have occasional swelling that requires wraps, but again, she is completely sound.

Mint favors her sire as does her past pasture-mate, Grade I stakes winner, Love Me Dew, yet Mint is bigger. Bred to be a racehorse, if a new owner wanted to show her in dressage, she would be exceptional. Mint is an elegant, graceful powerhouse!

This mare is a great example of Dreamfield bred racehorses who go on to establish themselves in a second great career.
